Our commitment to you

We will do our best to ship as promptly as possible.  Most of our products are made upon order, and those that take a bit to manufacture, it could be a couple weeks minimum.  Whatever you order, we'll certainly get your shipment out just as soon as we can.  Understand that if we don't have your particular caliber/size combination it will take a few days to get bullets cast and sized.

Refund Policy

Once in a while, a refund should be provided.  Please talk to us about your situation/circumstances so that we can come to an agreeable solution.
